Terms & Conditions of RCIC Exam Prep Bundles

  • General Terms
    • Bundles are available exclusively to licensed RCICs and may not be sold or distributed to the public in discounted form.
    • Each bundle contains a fixed number of seats represented by unique access codes.
    • Bundle validity: Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
    • Client activation: Each redeemed exam prep seat gives the client 2 months of access from the moment they activate the code.
    • Non-transferability: Unused seats cannot be transferred to another consultant or resold as a bundle.
    • Non-refundable: All bundle purchases are final once activated in the RCIC dashboard.
  • Use by Consultants
    • Consultants may use the seats in the following ways:
      • Gift them to clients who sign a service contract.
      • Include them in their service packages at full retail value.
      • Resell at retail price as part of their professional offering.
    • Consultants may not advertise or publicly promote discounted seats; wholesale pricing is reserved strictly for internal RCIC use.
  • Client Access & Redemption
    • Clients receive access only after redeeming their personal code through the designated Jurislocator™ link.
    • Once a code is redeemed, the 2-month timer begins and cannot be paused or reset.
    • Codes are for single-use only and cannot be reused or reassigned once redeemed.
  • Dashboard & Tracking
    • Every RCIC receives a secure dashboard showing:
      • Total seats purchased
      • Seats redeemed
      • Remaining seats
      • Expiry dates
    • Consultants are responsible for distributing the codes to their clients and tracking their own usage.
  • Gift Certificates
    • Consultants may request a branded digital gift certificate for clients, which can be printed or emailed.
    • Gift certificates remain tied to the consultant’s bundle and follow the same validity rules.
  • Compliance
    • Consultants must comply with CASL when emailing redeemed codes to clients.
    • These bundles are intended as a professional resource, not a public consumer promotion.
